3 Caws!

I printed the four layers of my crow linocut and I think it turned out pretty well! I hope you can see the butterflies in the background. I just wanted a hint of color there. I forget how tricky printing with black ink can be, to get the right amount so it covers just right. And you have to be very careful not to get it where you don't want it! Somehow black is the worst that way.

      The images that Poe's writings can bring to mind! One day I'm going to try an illustration with his words, like you suggested. :-)

    I'm thinking something similar to your very creative butterfly with the script that I liked! There are a lot of Poe fans that would love it..."a ghastly, grim...Raven" :-o

      I'd love to add the script to a raven print! It would look great with screen printed words.
