Cuisine Medievale!





When we visited France last September, I saw this at a restaurant in the medieval walled city of Carcassonne, located in the south of France. I really enjoyed the arrangement and colors of the various signs, reminding me of a good design project!
Some of the food is looking a bit modern!

  1. In France, on the markets you can find very old vegetables species coming from middle age at less.

    Today, the cooking art could be different than yersterday ...

  2. For me it seems so long ago but it is a part of your history!

    Here we eat similar vegetables from the early 1600's like corn, beans and squash, thanks to native Americans Indians!
